About Me
I Am A Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Forever Student & Vegan Chef.
The word Sattva means ‘Purity’, or ‘Goodness’, and points to a place of true balance within the mind, body, and spirit, but the path is not linear, it is quite a thrilling ride! My mission is simply to share with you tools to support you on your path from my direct experience as a guide. Life will always be an adventure full of curveballs, but there are many supportive tools you have within reach- I help you access those tools in a nurturing way. I am here to support others in finding their unique balance point, and to enjoy all the sweetness that brings.
My journey began over a decade ago when I needed to be brought back in alignment with my body & spirit, and to condense a story filled to the brim with peaks & valleys, I will say the ride was turbulent, but laced with bliss and discovery through direct experience. Yoga found me, in an alchemical way of bringing together that which is necessary. For the first time in my life, I understood what the feeling of true alignment felt like. Of course, this is a fluid process that will ebb & flow. I look back with an extremely humbled heart, and amazed by the series experiences that have unfolded since I began this quest of figuring out how to thrive.
The Practice
Yoga & Meditation
There are endless ways to practice yoga, or meditation, and we all have our own unique doorways. There are also many ways of creating a true sense of wellness, and our own version of that is to be celebrated. My goal is to create a safe and sacred space as I share tools of yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness to assist my clients on their path.
I build my yoga classes with the intention of thoughtful alignment, balance, and accessibility for all bodies. When guiding meditations, my intention is to create a nurturing container for my students to explore their consciousness, and to provide guided sessions based on the students’ unique needs and/or challenges.
Nourishment
In the Kitchen
We know food is medicine, and my goal is to teach others how to eat and live a Sattvic, Vegan lifestyle with ease. I provide my clients with non-pretentious, nourishing, cruelty-free, and positively delicious meals or meal plans. This is very much a part of the yogic path; I love empowering others to nourish themselves, and connect with earth medicine, while keeping that beautiful word ‘Sattva’ in mind.

Embodied Yoga & Meditation – Tools For Alchemizing Your Personal Practice

Lentil Tacos to Spark Joy

Ayurveda 101: Understanding the Energetics of Food
Ahh, the old adage “You are what you eat”, take a moment and feel into that one for a moment. If I’ve done my research properly this saying is routed back to a French lawyer who said, “Dis-moi ce que tu manges, je te dirai ce que tu es.”, or “Tell me what you...
Intention Setting For Spiritual Health, Wealth, & More
